Better to ask what have we not done!

We have contacted the managment of Harbor Cove Apartments, Miller Valtine Group, Associated Land Group, METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY, Union Township Police, The investagator for  Metropolitan Housing Authority who also does the investagation for child protective services and investages welfare fraud!  Of course he did not want to investagate because i had gotten the proof for him as well there may have been more people doing the same as Amada Dixion. Of course Bill Duncan of the Metropolitan Housing Authority probly never contacted the investagator.  And why would he not contact the investagator???  .... well lets look at the reason why the apartment managment  would allow fraud to go on and not worry about inspectors??

The reason is simple first is that I am part NATIVE AMERICAN and Josh Weir had made several racial slur's to me like " why don't you just scalp them eh chief" and others "I guess I better go have a powwow with them"  these slur's show his contempt for my heritage and his dislike of other people race!  So this with the fact that I would not let these hoodloom's threaten us and after many months of harassment by the people from apartment #k and apartment #c and him not wanting to enforce the rules and not reporting the welfare fraud or even faxing the police with the information they needed to enforce the daughtery not to come back on the premises and him not willing to press charges against them after he promised us for months they would be arrested!  These I can understand as his hatred for my natural heritage as he chooses to whom he rents to and it seems he rents to single unwed mothers on welfare!  why?  Because the government pays there rent and the people on welfare tend to stay on welfare! But this kind of business technique has one problem enforcing the rules as the people on welfare tend to have social problem's partying, working, and criminal activity. How ever the name of the game in land management keep the turn over to a minim and to keep the apartment's full this is easily done if you fill the place with those on welfare and over look what they do and enforce no rules!

But who would look the other way when it would mean possible legal actions?  But wait a minute what if you did not have to worry about it being reported?  What if you were in a group like"  Institute of Real Estate Management"   "IREM"  thats right Cincinnati IREM Chapter # 9 and has a membership of represents 65 CPM members that manage all types of commercial real estate in the Greater Cincinnati Cosmopolitan Area, which include Cincinnati, portions of Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southwestern Indiana. and who is these members?

    I belive that there is a scam going on here!  Look  whatbetter way to keep a apartment community full?  By choosing whom lives there by their income! And the incetive to do this is to be able to get the H.U.D tax credit!
