The Story Continues   

To point out a fact up until January we had no problems with the neighbor's or management. Though we had a manger named treva whom rented the apartment to us. Then she left and adora took over in November as the new manger. And the community was quite. So we had the newspaper delivered and it then started disappearing so we had the courier deliver the paper to our porch which sits below the lawn and has no access other than from our patio door {see example a} but I found out later that our neighbor was sending their children to steal our paper. Of course management was notified. Then we found out that adora had left and we met josh weir.                     {example a}
