Here josh is talking to a person that is staying while not on the lease! And here is josh and his neighbor behind our van! And is it not funny how he did not want to be bothered while people vandalized vehicles in the lot but he can harras us at night ! * note the black convertabile is josh and his neighbor the grey truck is josh in his wifes truck at eight o'clock and i could not get him to answer his door  when we chased down the boys with a knife trying to slash our tires?  Go figure

Our first meeting with josh weir the new manager in January was not uneventful because he was cleaning off the porches and we believed that he took the paper off the porch.  And we confronted him about this and he stated that he was the new manger and he was cleaning off our porch because the drain would clog and flood the apartment as it had done so before and that this was his property and he would clean it any time he wanted. "this was the first time that josh disregarded the lease. where it states that the tenant was responsible for their patio and porch and must be kept clean " thus after this statement we pointed out what it said in the lease and he said "its only fifty cents, jeesh it's just a paper do you want me to bring you fifty cents and my wife said to josh no we wanted our paper and he said what do you want me to bring you a paper" where my wife repaid "I would love for you to bring us a paper and he did later we found out that he was covering for Karen daughtery children as we saw the youngest daughter taking a paper over to the office and then returning with the paper. so we contacted his boss Marsha demasters about this incident she returned our phone call and her explanation for his behavior was that it was a shame that we got off to a bad start with josh and that he could be brusk but he is a good manager and that they had letters from other tenants asking for him to return as manager. As so we were soon to see how good a manager he   was.
