I would like to state right here from the first time we had contact with Josh O Weir. We were informed by his boss that josh could be stern. This side I never saw of him except When he was caught in a lie!

 What can I say about theDaughtery's?  Well to tell the truth I felt sorry for the children.  It only reflects on their family life the way the mother set ground rules and their values.  For I am sure that most kids would turn out bad and get into trouble if they were locked out of their apartment until the                 mother got home. Aand had to sleep in the hallway and their friends as well are hoodlums.  As you can guess they were responsible for all the conflicts and the mother held no one responsible for her children's actions. So to make the story short the children and Karen daughtery harassed us as well                 threatened us and had their friends try and slice the tires on our van. And they would run and hide in the dixion when the police were called. And the mother would leave before the vandalism would start. Of course we contacted the management " Josh O Weir , Marsha Demasters, Ron piontek, John Van meter, of Miller  Valentine Group. And I will touch on their underhanded business technique, and their willingness to allow welfare fraud to conituine. AND THE TOTAL FAILURE TO ENFORCE THE RULES SET FORTH IN THE LEASE!

Below is the daughtery moving!  The third from the left is Lauren Daughtery telling Greg the guy wearing the baseball cap in the second picture that they were moving and they were going to have a party and there was going to be "HAVOC" that they were going to ring the buzzer on people doors they were going to run through the apartment's and beat and threaten people and he better move his vehicle because it was parked next our's!

Of course we reported this to the police and they warned their mother !  The response from Josh Weir was they were just trying to get a rise out of you!  Greg told me other wise after they left he told me that they planed to flatten our tires and bust out the windshield of our van.  As they had already cut the fuel line to our van on may 20th and beat on our van threatening us and beckoning for us to come out and fight! then Greg and Tim Daughter hid in the dixions apartment and fled before the police arrived.  This is the reason for the camera being set up!  So if they did something we could catch them like we did their friends around the corner from the apartment complex when they tried to slash our tires two weeks after the incident on may 20th ! *** Look at the boys in the second picture*** the three on trailer and the one standing nearer to the camera with painted red hair these and Eric and a boy called josh from another apartment complex near by plus a few others were the boys that threatened us on may 20th ! This and other incidents was the reason the police were called out time and time again more than 35 times and each incident was reported to the management and they PROMISED US AFTER THEY LEFT THE PROPERTY IF THEY SET A FOOT BACK ON THE PROPERTY THEY WOULD BE ARRESTED!  Remember this pledge from the manger because their is even more!! SO after they left officially THEY RETURNED one week later and I did as Josh Weir said I called the police and Josh Weir came to me before they arrived and told me that he would not press charges this time! **people listen to me these vandals unscrupulous people caused a turmoil in our lives we constantly had to be vigilant and after months of living like this to be told by managment they would not press charges this time!** So I told Josh Weir once again this time I wated his reasurance IN WRITING and he refused stating that if there was a report filed he would prosecute and so Ihad a chance to speak with a officer and he told me that he had to at least fax them a statment to the fact they were not to be on the property before they could do anything because it had to be on file! so let me get back to the story!   ** BELOW IS MORE PICTURES ** THIS PIPICTURE IS OF THE YOUNGEST DAUGHTER ON OUR PORCH AFTER WE TOLD THE MOTHER NOT FOR THEM TO BE ON OUR PROPERTY!  This time we took the picture to josh imeadtly and this is after the mother stood in the hallway yelling and cursing me in front of another neighbor.  This was april 25th so the next day i was off work and went to dayton to see my aunt and when we came back late that evening we were greeted by the police because Karen Daughtery reported that I was takeing pictures as the officer found out that I was not even therefrom 7am till 10pm.  AND I EVEN WENT TO MEDIATION TO RESOLVE THIS AND THE WOMAN LAST WORDS WERE IF I LAID MY HANDS ON HER CHILDREN AGAIN AS THEY WERE RUNNING OFF SHE WOULD KILL ME!  This threat was in front of a magistrate.  Nothing was ever done about it! And I never laid a hand on any of the kids!  Of course THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE STORY
