I believe that there is a scam going on here!  Look  what better way to keep a apartment community full?   By choosing whom lives there by their income! And the incentive to do this is to be able to get the H.U.D tax credit! 

If you place a family in these apartments and they pay there rent themselves they are evicted and deposit is kept.  And the apartment is filled with single mothers on welfare in order to assure the rent and any fraud committed is not reported and is covered up! this is  great effort between the president elect of the group called IREM who is also associated land group employee. And the director metropolitan housing authority is a member of this group is this a fluke I don't think so as I spoken to Ronald piontek and he says they can't enforce the rules in the lease!
